State enterprise of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine “Odessa Aircraft Repair Plant “ODESAVIAREMSERVICE” was founded by banker and industrialist Artur Anatra as Odessa aircraft manufacturing plant based on Odessa flying club's workshops in 1911. From this period to the present time specialists of the plant have mastered overhaul of 28 types of aircraft and 16 types of aircraft engines.

Today due to advanced manufacture infrastructure and progressive technology, we are ready to provide aviation materiel repair, upgrading, maintenance, and after-sales service, spare parts manufacturing and personnel training.

“ODESAVIAREMSERVICE” provides:

• Overhaul of MiG-21 and all its modifications, MiG-23, MiG-27, L-39, Yak-52 aircraft.
• Upgrading of aircraft L-39C up to the level of L-39M (simulator of the fourth generation aircraft Su-27, MiG-29, F-16).
• Overhaul of aircraft engines, types R11, R13, R25, R-95SH, AI-25TL, M-14, GTDE-117, auxiliary power units "Saphir-5" for aircraft L-39 and aircraft accessory gear boxes KSA-2 (3).
• Upgrading of AI-25TL engine to AI-25TLSH version.
• -Manufacturing of spare parts, namely: rubber items, high and low pressure hoses and cockpit glazing for all types of aircraft.
• Reequipment of aircraft and helicopter cabins for different versions of use.
• Manufacture and updating of benches and lathes.
• Repair of test and measuring equipment.
• Training of Customer`s specialists on maintenance and piloting aircraft, types MiG-21, MiG-23, L-39, Yak-52.

The technological process of aircraft overhaul means successive fulfillment of obligatory repair jobs, depending on a technical condition of aircraft delivered for repair. Thus during the overhaul, improvements directed to increasing of level of air¬craft operational reliability and improvements of their operational characteristics providing extension of service life are carried out. The most important direction for the enter¬prise is the overhaul quality. The realization of quality monitoring is undertaken at all stages of repair and on all working places.

Using of modern means of technical diagnos¬tics, perfect special equipment and advanced technology of repair allow to prevent failures and break¬downs at operation of aircraft and their units, and also to increase productivity of labour and reduce material expenses on overhaul.
