State enterprise of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine “Evpatoria aircraft repair plant” (EARZ) was founded 25 November 1939. 12 November 1991 passenger aircraft Yak-42 landed at the aerodrome “Evpatoria”. From this moment the plant became the first military enterprise that was allowed to repair civil aircraft.

The plant has relations with India, Angola, Bulgaria, Mexico, Columbia and different air companies of the world.

Since 1995 the plant has maintained relations with Antonov Design Bureau. Result of such a cooperation was mastering of An-12 maintenance by EARZ specialists. Then, in 1999, the plant began mastering of periodic maintenance and works on maintenance certification of aircraft An-24, An-26 and An-32.

Now “Evpatoria aircraft repair plant” performs:

• all the schedule forms of aircraft maintenance An-12, An-24, An-26, An-32, Yak-42;
• maintenance as per forms TO-10000 and TO-20000 of aircraft Yak-42;
• re-equipment of aircraft An-12:

• overhaul of propellers: AV-68I of series 04A, AV-68D, AV-68DM, AV-72;
• overhaul of aircraft Be-12;
• mid-life repair of aircraft Su-25;
• overhaul of aircraft units and equipment.

Evpatoria aircraft repair plant has appropriate certificates for performing works on civil aircraft.

In 2002 Quality Management System was applied on the plant in accordance with national and international standards ISO 9000, AS 9000, national and international Aviation Regulations.
