State enterprise of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine “Nikolaev Aircraft Repair Plant “NARP” (“NARP”) is a complex of separate workshops, involved in aircraft frames, aircraft engines, avionics, radio electronics and power supply systems repair.

SE “NARP” provides repair of aircraft, engines and their components for Air Lines of Ukraine, CIS and other countries. The Company performs the whole range of works on IL-76 aircraft, provides repair of gas turbine engines DR-59L, marine gas turbine units and their components, manufactures and sells ultralight aircraft “NARP-1”, performs air spray works. Up-to-date equipment and technical documentation, skilled workforce, extensive experience and long term contracts with genuine parts and repair kits manufacturers enable the enterprise to ensure high quality of services at the most competitive prices with after repair warranty.

Highly developed technological base has been created at the enterprise to provide complex repair for different types of aircraft and their components and to manufacture crucial parts and subassembly units during its long service in aircraft repair and permanent mobile reconstruction of repair facilities for the repair of new generation of aircraft. Up-to-date testers, modern data recording and processing devices, wide range of universal and special equipment and tools are used to provide after repair reassembling and control testing of aircraft, aircraft engines and their components.

Aircraft and their components repair is supported by the designers and genuine parts manufacturers by virtue of special agreements with them.

“NARP” performs the following works:

• major overhaul and running repair of equipment and components of IL-76TD, IL-76MD, IL-78, An-12 (of all modifications), An-24, An-26, An-32, Yak-40, Yak-42, Tu-134, Tu-154, IL-38, IL-62 aircraft;
• aircraft engines D-30KP, D-30KP2 mid-life repair with additional works according to technical bulletins;

• engine life extension;
• auxiliary power units TA-6A (A1,B,V) major over¬haul;
• gas turbine engines DR59L repair for gas pumping stations;
• running repair, checks according to all forms of scheduled maintenance of IL-76, IL-76TD, IL-76MD, IL-78 aircraft. The works are performed in a repair hangar;
• Tu-142M (MR,MK),Tu-22M3, Su-24 (of all modifications) aircraft repair;
• major and running repair of Tu-22M3, Tu-142 (of all modifications), Su-24 (of all modifications);
• gas turbine plants M2BE, D2E, D2K, M8G, D3E, M5E, M7K. repair for Navy vessels;
• re-equipment of passenger aircraft into business-class modification for international flights;
• serial production of certified universal ultralight two-seat aircraft with aerodynamic control “NARP-1” intended for air spray purposes and initial training of pilots;
• corrosion elimination and prevention by chemical oxidation method, local and overall aircraft painting in accordance with customer's individual design;
• repair specialists and equipment operators training at NARP site;
• restoration of damaged aircraft and aircraft repair at Customer's site;
• manufacture of rubber products and grommets of different types for repair kits;
• spare parts and equipment supply;
• repair and calibration of industrial measuring equipment and testers.

The process of getting familiar with aircraft engines D-30KP (KP2) major overhaul procedures is under way at the enterprise. High quality of medium repair and life extension of aircraft engines D-30KP is confirmed by the Ukrainian State Aviation Administration of the Ministry of Transportation Certificate Na VR-0035. The Company has accumulated great experience in designing, certification and implementing test benches for complex automated aircraft and engine control systems and aircraft engines testing. Up-to-date testers, modern data recording and processing devices, wide range of universal and special equipment and tools are used to provide after repair reassembling and control testing of aircraft engines and their components. The test-bench for aircraft engines D-30KP (KP2) after major overhaul testing was certified by Moscow Certification Centre “Quality”.

Since 2002 SE “NARP” has designed and launched the program of serial production of universal two-seat aircraft “NARP-1” of motor ultralight class with aerodynamic control.

“NARP-1” is a universal aircraft intended for:

• initial pilot training and training flights;
• air spray in agriculture;
• patrolling, aerial survey, monitoring, photography and video recording, pleasure flights, participation in competitions and air shows;
• private purposes.

This hush and eco-friendly aircraft can seat one pilot and one passenger. With installed air spray equipment the aircraft is successfully used in agriculture for air spray purposes. The productivity of air spray works is up to 100 hectares per hour. Air spray works, performed by the aircraft, proved to be effective to fight weeds, pests and plant diseases. 2 m3 of water and a 250x20 m natural-surfaced runway are needed to spray 1000 hectares of land.
The aircraft has the Certificate of the Type, the Certificate of Production Approval, the Certificate of Compliance of the equipment, used for air spray works.
The aircraft was highly appreciated by experts of the National Department of Air Transport of Ukraine and National Flight Academy, and by pilots, who perform air spray works. It is also successfully used by the National Flight Academy of Ukraine for initial training of pilots.
High reliability, simplicity in operation and maintenance, long overhaul life, low operating costs and competitive price of the aircraft ensure its popularity on the market of ultralights.

NARP is a supplier of APUs TA-6A(B).

The airport of the enterprise has an authorization for international flights execution.

All the proposals concerning repair of components, aggregates, items and systems utilized on different types of aircraft will be carefully considered.
